Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data MoBax collects when you use mobax.ge, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. MoBax operates a retail store at 33 Ilia Vekua Street, Gldani, Tbilisi and is the controller of the data described here.

WHAT WE COLLECT

When you place an order we collect your name, phone number, email address and delivery address, together with the contents of the order. We need these to accept payment, deliver the goods and contact you about the order.

If you create an account we store your email address and a cryptographically hashed password. We never store your password in a readable form.

Card payments are processed by our payment provider on their own hosted checkout page. Your full card number never reaches our servers and we do not store it.

We also collect basic technical information that any website receives — such as your browser type and the pages you visit — to keep the site working and secure.

HOW WE USE IT

We use your data to process and deliver orders, to respond when you contact us, to keep records our tax obligations require, and to detect and prevent fraud. We do not sell your personal data.

WHO WE SHARE IT WITH

We share only what is necessary, and only with parties who help us complete your order: our payment provider, our delivery couriers, and the services that host our website and send our email. Each receives only the data needed for its part.

We also disclose data where the law requires it.

HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

We keep order records for as long as Georgian accounting and tax law requires. Account data is kept while your account is open. When you close your account or ask us to delete your data, we remove what we are not legally required to retain.

YOUR RIGHTS

Under Georgian data protection law you may ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, or ask us to delete it. Write to mobaxmob@gmail.com and we will respond.

COOKIES

We use cookies that are necessary for the site to function — keeping you signed in and remembering the contents of your cart. Your browser settings let you block cookies, but parts of the site will stop working if you do.

CHANGES

If we change this policy we will publish the new version on this page.
