Terms of Service

These terms apply when you buy from mobax.ge or from our store at 33 Ilia Vekua Street, Gldani, Tbilisi. Placing an order means you accept them.

ORDERS

An order is accepted once we confirm it. If an item turns out to be out of stock after you order it, we will contact you and either supply an alternative or refund you in full.

We do our best to keep prices and product details accurate. If an item is listed at a clearly incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you rather than supply at that price.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices are in Georgian Lari (GEL) and include VAT where it applies. You can pay by card through our payment provider's secure checkout, or in cash on delivery.

Delivery fees are not charged through the online card payment. Where a fee applies, it is paid in cash to the courier on delivery.

DELIVERY

Store pickup at 33 Ilia Vekua Street, Gldani, Tbilisi is free.

Within Tbilisi we offer same-day delivery for 10 GEL and next-day delivery for 5 GEL. Delivery to other cities is charged per city, typically between 8 and 13 GEL depending on distance and access. The exact fee is shown at checkout before you confirm.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, traffic and courier availability can delay an order.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

You may return an unused item in its original packaging within 14 days of receiving it, in line with Georgian consumer protection law. Bring it to the store or contact us to arrange it. Return shipping is at your cost unless the item was faulty or we sent the wrong one.

We cannot accept returns of items damaged through use, or of consumables and hygiene items such as in-ear headphones once unsealed, unless they are faulty.

FAULTY GOODS AND WARRANTY

Goods carry the manufacturer's warranty where one is offered. If an item develops a fault within the warranty period, bring it to us with proof of purchase and we will repair, replace or refund it.

The warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, or faults caused by misuse.

Nothing in these terms limits the rights Georgian consumer protection law gives you.

IN-STORE SERVICES

Screen protector fitting is performed with care by a trained specialist. In the rare event that we damage your device during fitting, we will put it right. We cannot accept responsibility for a pre-existing fault or for a screen already cracked before fitting.

ACCOUNTS

You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for orders placed through your account. Tell us at mobaxmob@gmail.com if you believe someone else has used it.

LIABILITY

We are responsible for supplying the goods you ordered and for our own negligence. We are not responsible for indirect losses, such as loss of data or loss of earnings arising from a faulty accessory.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the law of Georgia, and disputes fall to the courts of Georgia.

CHANGES

We may update these terms. The version published here when you place your order is the version that applies to it.
